1. Accepting these terms
By using offers.asico.ae (the "website") you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. The website is run by ASICO Real Estate L.L.C. (Our address is Office 308, Emaar Business Park Building, The Greens, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates).
2. What the website is for
The website presents property management, leasing and related services. Its pages are information, not a contract. A service is provided only under a separate written agreement, quotation or contract that we and you have both accepted, and that agreement prevails over these terms where they differ.
Leasing and property management in Dubai are regulated by the Dubai Land Department (DLD) and the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA). Tenancy contracts in Dubai are registered through Ejari.
3. Using the website
You may use the website for lawful purposes connected with finding out about, and contacting us about, our services. You agree not to:
- break any UAE or other applicable law, or the rights of anyone else;
- send false, misleading or abusive messages, or enquire on behalf of someone without their knowledge;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or its data, or to disrupt it (for example with malware, scraping at scale or denial-of-service traffic);
- copy, resell or build a competing product from the content of the website.
4. Enquiries and what you send us
When you send a form, message or call request you confirm that what you tell us is accurate and that you may share it. An enquiry is not an order, a reservation or a binding agreement. We may decline or stop dealing with an enquiry at our discretion.
5. Information on the website
We work to keep the website accurate and current, but descriptions, prices, fees, timings and availability may change without notice and are explained further in our Disclaimer. Confirm anything that matters to you with us in writing before you rely on it.
6. Intellectual property
The website's design, text, logos, graphics, software and other content belong to ASICO Real Estate L.L.C. or its licensors and are protected by UAE and international intellectual property law. Other companies' names, logos and project images belong to their owners and are used to identify them. You may view and print pages for your own use, but you may not otherwise copy, adapt or reuse content without our written permission.
7. Third-party services and links
The website uses and links to services run by others, such as map providers, messaging apps and social networks. Their own terms apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.
8. Availability
We try to keep the website available, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time, for example for maintenance.
9. Limits of our responsibility
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law, including for fraud or gross misconduct. Subject to that, and to the fullest extent the law allows, ASICO Real Estate L.L.C. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, opportunity or data arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content, and our total liability for any claim connected with the website is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service in the 12 months before the claim (or AED 1,000 if you paid nothing).
10. Your responsibility
You are responsible for loss we suffer because you broke these terms or misused the website, and you agree to compensate us for it.
11. Your data
We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates applicable there. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them, without affecting any right you have under UAE consumer protection law to bring a claim in another competent court.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the website after a change means you accept it.
