Privacy Policy
How ASICO Property Management collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you use offers.asico.ae, and the choices you have.
Last updated: 9 October 2026
1. Who we are
This website, offers.asico.ae, is run by ASICO Real Estate L.L.C., trading as ASICO Property Management ("we", "us"). Our address is Office 308, Emaar Business Park Building, The Greens, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy.
We handle personal data in line with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "PDPL") and its implementing regulations, and with other UAE laws that apply to us.
2. What personal data we collect
We collect only what we need to answer you and to run the website:
- What you give us. Your name, email address, phone number and message when you send us an enquiry about our property management or leasing services, together with the property you own or wish to lease (location, type, size, expected rent), tenancy details and contact preferences.
- Technical data. Your IP address, browser and device type, the page you sent a form from and the date and time. We use it to deliver the website, prevent spam and abuse, and fix faults.
- Approximate location. Your IP address is used once, when a phone number field loads, to guess your country and pre-select the dialling code. You can change it.
- Messages and calls. What you write to us by email, phone or messaging apps, and notes our team makes about your request.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, identity documents, bank card details or passwords through the website forms.
3. Why we use it and on what basis
We use your personal data to:
- reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote or proposal and provide the services you ask for (to take steps at your request and to perform a contract);
- keep the website secure, prevent spam and fraud and improve how it works (our legitimate interests, and our duty to keep systems secure);
- keep records and meet our legal, accounting, licensing and regulatory duties;
- tell you about our services, only where you asked to hear from us or where the law allows it. You can say no at any time.
Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect what we did before.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where needed, with:
- Our website host and email providers, who store the site and deliver our email.
- The enquiry and mail system operated for us by ASICO, which receives what you submit in a form, keeps it in a protected inbox and forwards it by email to our team.
- A country lookup service (ipwho.is), which receives your IP address and returns your approximate country so that the country code in a phone number field can be pre-selected. We do not store the result against your identity.
- Analytics and advertising providers: Google Tag Manager (see Cookies below).
- Professional advisers, auditors, insurers and the competent UAE authorities, where the law requires it or where we need to protect our legal rights.
- Property owners, tenants, developers and other brokers or service providers, only as needed to handle your request or transaction.
These providers may only use your data to provide their service to us.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
This website uses Google Tag Manager. They set cookies or similar identifiers that tell us how visitors use the site and help us measure and improve our advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can use your browser's privacy controls or the opt-out pages of those providers. Blocking them does not stop you from using the website.
Apart from these, the website uses only the storage it needs to work, such as short-lived technical cookies and your browser's local storage for choices you make on the page.
6. Transfers outside the UAE
Some of the providers above store or process data outside the UAE. Where that happens we take steps so that your data stays protected, such as choosing providers with appropriate safeguards, using contractual protections and sending only the data that is needed.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and the records that follow from them for as long as we need to deal with your request and, afterwards, for the period the law and our licensing require (generally up to five years, and longer where a transaction or a dispute needs it). After that we delete or anonymise the data.
8. How we protect it
The website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Form submissions go to a protected inbox with access limited to authorised staff, and the systems that run the website are kept up to date. No online service is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive documents over open channels.
9. Your rights
Under the PDPL and subject to its exceptions, you may ask us to confirm whether we hold data about you and give you a copy, correct data that is wrong, delete data we no longer need, restrict or object to certain uses, transfer your data to another provider where that applies, and stop processing based on your consent. To use any of these rights, write to us at the address below. We may ask you to confirm who you are and will answer within the time the law requires.
10. Children
This website is not meant for children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you think a child has sent us data, tell us and we will delete it.
11. Links to other websites
The website links to other websites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please read their policies.
12. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our services, tools or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version. Important changes are highlighted on this page.
